Fillet in Mixed Pepper Sauce with Mushroom Essence

Step 1 Season the meat with Parrilla Salt and Essenciated Black Pepper Step 2 In a pan, heat the sunflower seed oil well and brown the meat on all sides until golden. Step 3 Place the sealed meat on a baking tray and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes to finish cooking. Step 4 In a bowl, place the mushrooms and water and cook in the microwave on low power for 1 minute to hydrate them. Step 5 In the same pan as the meat, add another drizzle of olive oil and sauté the asparagus until golden brown. Reserve. Step 6 Heat the Essenciated Special Pepper Mix Sauce Step 7 Season with Parrilla Salt and Essenced Black Pepper. Step 8 Slice the meat and arrange the slices in the pan with the Essenciated Special Pepper Mix Sauce . Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with asparagus. Enjoy your meal! |
